we also all know the players then were better than today of that high rank.

the difference today is everyone left playing this game is stalled at 30-39.

i would never ever let a point trader join my game...i played only the respectable known accts.

1st year i owned otto on the water and no one had any clue except whitey and his spain on water. i beat them all at one time or another.

treaty arrives i go to nr10 ......owned there too. otto dominates nr10-30 any civ back then before the patches.

then i decide, heck why not just relax,chill smoke, and just have a calm and cool nr40. all went fine. i was playing the same dam people you covet. i won some i lost some. big deal.

The over PR40 players wouldn't hold a candle to the players today. When they were over PR40 micro was almost non-existent in TR and now it's common practice. Hell, I'd wager to say that a lot of players who were Major+ in TWC are now Lieutenant level due to the increase in average skill since TWC.

I'd wager that Sanderson is a better player now than any of the PR40+ in TWC.

I have realized that I need a ton more wood . . . i have been experimenting with taking 4 off food and putting them to wood it leaves me with just over the same amount but i have lots of fb buildings if i can find the ss i'll post the link.
