Dutch 2040 23-38-10

this boom is mostly wood trade related and very formidable for a native combo.

imperial upgrades on everything!

all other upgrades completely done!

no stone is left unturned in this except for 1 possibly 2 slight timing issues. i felt like the boom was solid so i decided to light a smoke and a bank build wasnt done right on que.

like always enjoy! i know i did in making it for the community.

if the title is slightly off its cuz i didnt watch it after it was done.

Congratz on a completely useless boom, even with natives you won't have enough coin to win an artillery war with this and will get drained very fast because there's no way to properly fight without a balanced enough eco to actually make an army that will win..

You seem to think I give a flying fuck about your Dutch boom being higher in score than mine? For fucks sake I can do 1900 without even using wood trade, every important unit upgraded, approx. 30K food and 30K coin, with 8K wood.

oh come on guys. its one thing to be mean to buzz when he deserves it (frequently) but he didn't even say anything rude or obnoxious yet. you guys just start harping on every little thing. yeah his boom isn't entirely realistic, but its not bad and he has some interesting ideas. if you want to be mean to him wait like 5 more posts and I'm sure he'll give you a good reason, but if you guys start being jerks without provocation you're being just as bad as you accuse buzz of.

This boom is both unrealistic AND not innovative, the age 2 bank strategy has been around since TWC, it's old news.

Besides, the only reason he posts these booms is because he constantly wants to show how good he is at this game, while failing to realise that score means jack if you can't win militarily. Booms like this don't educate anyone or help anyone because they are unrealistic point-whoring booms that couldn't be used properly in a real game.

Every strategy I've ever posted I considered usable in a real game, even if it could be distributed differently for better play. Almost none of Buzz's are realistic, his Ottoman boom would loose him a mirror with no real concrete advantage in 1v1 (his eco isn't significantly higher to justify being behind 2 cards to a proper trickle boom, which is going to get your army crushed due to having better units), his Dutch booms are unrealistic and non-functional in actual games because of the amount of wood he trades and the boom cards he uses, which put him behind militarily, again a large disadvantage, etc.

Buzz tries to improve himself by posting booms and focusing on booming instead of focusing on what truly matters: Micro, macro, strategy, teamwork and military power.

If I'm being a dick to him it's because I'm sick of him thinking he's doing anything useful for anyone with strategies like this. Build some sane, realistic booms, with military power at 40, sure you won't get high scores, but then I won't dismiss your strategies for being useless in a real game, when they are.

its a boom, nothing more, nothiung less! i get to 2k no matter what way i chosse to get there as all my recordings show. 3 different dutch booms ive shown 2k and still you think you have a voice.

If you're not going to bother reading it, then don't reply. I gave you constructive criticism: This boom is completely unrealistic and will not work in a real game.

Also Buzz, YOU have no influence over TRT, you apparently have not noticed that, Savory is an Officer, the rest of us have earned respect within the clan by being good players with respectful attitudes to each other (for the most part, Savory used to get a bit more hot-headed, as did I, but we've calmed down a lot).

The fact you cannot just admit you're wasting our time with these useless booms instead of posting real games, with actual proper gameplay in it and will not even READ our comment's is what makes you a joke.

Also, it's not just us that think you're a pain in the ass, it's pretty much the entire treaty community above the rank of Captain, they're just less vocal about it than us, no one cares how nice of a boom you get if you act like a dick, fight like crap and blame your team every single time you loose a team game.

(BTW, Why didn't you get 2K in your Dutch mirror? Oh wait because you can't do that in a real game, but feel free to drum up some excuses to explain why)

ummmmm, i beat tuur way back to keep my officer spot when i was trt. ohhhhh how quickly evreryone forgets. i was a marked man even back then. ibeat tuur then ivan to keep my spot. i lost a crappy game to kose. heck after 2 huge wins i was bound for a let down. it happens all the time, even in sport.
